Got my new bed VERY quickly and so easy to set up. It would be easier for 2 people, but with my job I am very use to picking up heavy weights so it wasn't too much trouble. Had the bed inflated within a couple hours and slept on it that night. I LOVE being able to adjust for my needs quickly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good night's sleep! This is my second one. First one was a wedding present and I had to give it up when I moved but started putting money aside to replace it later down the line.

Bed 4 years old- huge battle to get customer service help with issues since our purchase. Very frustrating. Customer service needs training and company needs to stand behind their beds and warranty
