We love it. It's well made and easy to assemble. Our old bed was an adjustable bed and lasted for 10 years. I researched every adjustable bed and am very happy with my decision. I highly recommend this bed 🛌

"I purchased a Split King Personal…"

I purchased a Split King Personal Comfort sleep system with all of the accessories and options, one of the options was the Chili Pad - Cooling and Heating Mattress Pad for $1,099.99. Both of the cooling/heating cubes went out together! They are two individual systems and they both went out together! One had a PUMP FAILURE and was repaired, the second one had a TECH FAILURE and had to be replaced. Luckily both units were still under the two year manufacturer warranty. Chili Pad does not warranty their repair work, I have 70 days left on the two year warranty. I did call Personal Comfort, provided them with my order number, my name and the date of sale. I notified them of what happened because I see they still sell this inferior product, they didn't care! I informed them when I called that I was going to leave bad reviews, they didn't care! Now they want my order number to verify that I had a "Genuine" purchase. In other words, they want to verify that I am actually a customer, they should have listened when I called! I purchased Two Chili-Pad systems that only lasted 21 months at a cost of $1,099.99! Do yourself a favor and avoid the Chili Pad system and Personal Comfort!!!!

"Former "Number" bed user speaks out!"

I have been an "adjustable bed" user since 1992. But, my other adjustable beds have been manufactured by a different company with "number" in their name. The 2 other adjustable beds had a life of around 10 years each and both of them started losing air after around 5 years. When I had had enough, I started researching alternatives and found the "Personal Comfort Bed". I was hestitant to purchase from them because the price was definitely higher than the "number" beds I had previously. After contacting the "number" company and finding out that they no longer ship their mattresses directly to the customer and don't allow the end user to assemble it (I didn't need or want people coming into my home to assemble a bed! NOT BECAUSE OF so-called "covid" either. Just personal preference) I decided on the Personal Comfort Bed. I am SO glad I did! Right away I could tell the differences in the PCB compared to the "number" bed. The materials were of higher quality and the main difference I noticed was with the air bladder. The air bladder weighed at least 5 pounds more (same size mattress I had before and almost an exact match to the model I had before) and was designed with durability in mind. I couldn't believe the difference. The zipper was more robust and the connections all seemed to be of much higher quality. I am extremely happy with the Personal Comfort Bed thus far (I've had it for about 2 months now). I have not noticed ANY air leakage whatsoever and am sleeping better than I have for years. I thought I was getting a good night's rest on my old "number" mattresses, but I wasn't. There is definitely a difference and I will never go back to the "number" bed again! Thanks PCB!

I was very pleased with the entire process. The only thing I may regret is that I did not order the one king single. That way it would not have the gap in it for my partner and I to me able to snuggle the way we would like.
