The bed was easy to assemble and very comfortable. The controls to adjust the firmness of the bed is easy. I would recommend this bed.

OMG!!! What can I say. We LOVE OUR NEW BED!!! It came nicely packaged. Easy to set up. Love the video comparing it to the sleep number bed and believe we surely made the right choice. So many things about the sleep number we didn't know and didn't like after being pointed out in the video. Our bed was a demo model but you'd never know it .. it is a new bed. There isn't a mark on it and only took a couple of nights to find our "number". We'll never go back to a traditional bed. So glad wee found Personal Comfort! Thank you.. thank you.. thank you! We will certainly buy from you again in the future when we need another bed.

"High quality air bed"

High quality air bed. I bought higher grade version than a previous bed I put in my camper. It wasn't worth the extra money. I am a side sleeper and the topper isn't soft enough. Best to get a low end bed and buy your own memory foam to put on top. I did that for the camper bed and saved hundreds. And the camper bed is perfect. Now I will need to go out and buy a thin memory foam topper to add to the bed anyway.

"An A+ rating for my A6 bed!"

After having this bed for two months I can finally give a review of my Personal Comfort experience. Any time you get a new bed there’s typically an adjustment period because of being used to a different mattress. With my new bed that adjustment phase was non-existent all thanks to the adjustability my A6 has. It’s led to many more refreshed mornings and increased daily production as a result. I took for granite just how important a good bed was for far too long and wish I would’ve made the switch sooner.

Ordered an A8 with sheets and a mattress protector. Bed and sheets have been great. Never received the mattress protector and still currently waiting for it. Will update when I receive my full order.

Edit: Finally received the mattress protector after Personal Comfort reached out to me. Although it’s a couple months later than expected, I understand the back order issues some products experience. I do appreciate them reaching out and correcting the issue and I am extremely satisfied with them. Updated to 5 stars.

the bed is very comfortable, however, the customer service is lacking. we had included in our order a mattress protector that did not come with the bed when it was delivered over a month ago. several attempts to check status with same response "it is on back order". hard to imagine that it is still on backorder. i will keep inquiring as we paid nearly $200 for it. very disappointing!

We purchased our Personal Comfort Mattress after having been the “other number bed” owners for over 12 years. We were having several issues with our bed and decided it was time for a new mattress. After much research, we decided to give the Personal Comfort A8 a try. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! We have had our mattress for about 45 days and WE WOULD BUY IT AGAIN IN A MINUTE! The customer service was outstanding. Shipping was faster than we expected and set up and assembly was well explained and straightforward. Thanks for a fabulous product and a restful nights sleep!
