These are a good quality set of knives. I like the thin design that allows for faster cutting, as well as the ergonomic shape of the handles. My favorites are the slicing knife, the chef knife, and the chopper.

I am extremely happy with these knives. They are excellent quality. I had a recent experience with their customer service. One of the decorative pieces fell out of my fillet knife handle. I sent an email with a photo and received a quick response and a replacement knife within a few weeks.

I am absolutely in love with my 8 inch Kiritsuke knife from Seido! I’ve had my eye on the Seido for quite some time but never pulled the trigger on making a purchase. Well there was an offer I couldn’t refuse on the Shop app where I received extra money off if I used my Shop cash. I am very happy with my decision, the 8 inch kiritsuke is a beautiful yet very sharp blade. This is my first kiritsuke style blade and I’m quite impressed. The blade shape is very convenient for tap chop on all produce. The combo wood/epoxy handle is just that sweet little cherry on top.
