"Excellent team and people who truly…"
Excellent team and people who truly care about the customer and 'doing the right thing'. Pleasant, courteous, results oriented and professional.
In terms of improvements the wait time to actually speak to someone could improve.

"Excellent technical service support."
Cindi made my experience great. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful with my WhisperKool 2500 Series unit issues and related questions. I am fully satisfied with her recommendation of a replacement controller as the most likely solution.

"Great product and service"
My WhisperKool was amazing for two years. Then it stopped cooling after 25 months in service, a month after the warranty ended. I contacted WhisperKool, and they came through with a replacement, including shipping it to me. Fantastic service, very grateful, especially considering I was one month out of service. Glad to have my wine cellar cool again!

"No Warranty"
I purchased my 1st whisperkool unit 15 years ago and was very pleased. I purchased a replacement whisperkool unit in August 2022. Split System 8000 that cost $7,000. I had their recommended installer handle the installation and the system works great. The compressor is suppose to have a five year warranty and I have submitted the paperwork four times. Every time I had the installer back out to confirm the readings for the warranty registration. All four times wisperkool has rejected the paperwork. They do not want to warrant their system. I have spent over $1,800 on the HVAC contractor. I am done with wisperkool, when this unit breaks I will tear it out and buy a different brand. I have other friends with the same negative warranty experience. Joe Lammel. Memphis TN

"My second SC8000 Pro unit just failed"
My second SC8000 Pro unit just failed. In both cases it was due to the condenser (hot) side failed. When I filed a customer service claim with pictures was told the room behind caused the failure and my warranty was voided. This despite a previous replacement under warranty. I also needed to have a vent duct kit for $519 and new blower for $400. This is clearly a blower failure (again) as I leave the door to the room open and a fan blowing on it constantly to keep the room around 75 degrees. My cellar temp is 58F, we’ll below their 30F delta T spec for the unit. As those who own these models know, they can’t be serviced since all the panels are riveted. There are no HVAC or refrigerator service companies in my area that will work on because it requires drilling out the rivets. I had two SC3000 units fail over eight years at another house before switching to BreezeAir. Guessing I will go that direction.

"Got scammed"
Please avoid them & getting scammed. The equipment they sell are defective and they do not refund. If you ask to replace they charge additional.

"Many WhisperKool units are rebuilt - be aware"
I purchased the CellarCool 4400 in Feb 2022 and by April 2022 the cool side fans had stopped working. The unit was obviously a rebuilt unit made obvious by the rusting on grommets. I had purchased through WineRacksAmerica but had to deal direct with WhisperKool for replacement. Ending up have to spend $542.51 in shipping to have a replacement unit sent to me. Just be careful when purchasing these units from WhisperKool as many of them are rebuilt and they do not make that known when purchasing. That was made aware to me only after something went wrong and they needed to send me a new one. Terrible service and I would recommend purchasing some other sort of unit that has a customer service department that cares.

"Beware of the warranty time constraints!"
I had a unit purchased with a new home that had a defective blower. Support responded quickly and required a deposit for a replacement RMA unit under warranty. Two issues exist, one the 30 day period associated with the RMA begins before the replacement has arrived. In my case it took one week to arrive. The second issue is that you need to schedule a qualified installer to perform the replacement at your own expense. The number of qualified installers are limited and schedule for me exceeded three weeks. When I tried to request additional time I was told the agreement is 30 days. In the end it seems that their warranty program is a another sales channel as the requirements are nearly impossible to meet unless you’re a qualified installer and can drop everything on your schedule to install the replacement unit the day it arrives. Now, the support team is unreachable by email and telephone is a 40 minute hold with an unqualified support person who can read you the warranty agreement.
