"Not fit for purpose "

Ordered pergola in August, erected by your company. To date have had fitters back to solve issues on 4 occasions (some of which they arranged then cancelled on the day after us having to take annual leave so they could come).
Put full complaint in writing, response said would get £200 refund. Refund then advised would be with us in 7 days of £150. Went to use drop side again yesterday and yet again 2 of the blinds have come straight out of their runners. Am now at a point where will be reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!
