Outstanding customer service and products. We ordered a corner sofa/dinning set in the weatherproof fabric. Everything was delivered on time. The packaging of the furniture was spot on. Foam lined bubble wrap, thick cardboard. Excellent. The quality of the powder coated aluminium frames are well beyond anything I’ve seen before. The frames have even been made with a slight curve to match the seat backs.
You cannot under estimate the ‘you get what you pay for’ saying. Truly exceptional quality. I asked a question on their chat about the fabric and received a thorough polite response.
Very highly recommended. My opinion after owning a number of rattan style sofas that need continual covering or cushions packing away, was to make an investment into quality. That was what I received.
