"Terrible service and quality"

Waited home all day for delivery and didn’t arrive. Not even an email from the courier or Harbour lifestyle. Managed to get a redelivery two days later. When it arrived, it had zero packaging and was damaged. Quality looked terrible too. Avoid at all costs!

"Nice parasol poor communication"

We ordered a parasol on 30/04/23 via b&q said delivery within 7 days excluding public holidays
On 11/05/23 I queried the delivery online and it was marked as shipping in progress

After around another week I rang Harbour Lifestyle and was told they were out of stock of blue but had a grey one which I agreed would suffice.

Around another week later I received my grey parasol which I am very happy with

I subsequently received a telephone call from Harbour Lifestyle asking for another payment as the original order had been cancelled(not by me). Eventually the payment issue was resolved.I am very happy with my parasol but I do feel Harbour Lifestyle could improve on customer communication. Harbour lifestyle has since contacted me and apologised for the communication issues and offered to escalate this further which I do not wish to as we are not the sort of people to complain in the hope of a discount or offer of compensation.I thank them for their response and reiterate we are very happy with our parasol

"Great customer service"

Although at first there were a few challenges with the courier, Harbour did a brilliant job at smoothing everything out. Special thanks to Georgina who was amazing. The table and chairs are beautiful too!
