Delayed delivery dates, and it was only when I asked for a refund that the goods were suddenly sent. Having said that very pleased with what was sent.

We had a good experience with Harbour Lifestyle. We originally ordered a corner sofa set that was on a pre-order. Delivered to the time as advised and delivery was good with good communication. We since ordered a parasol which again was delivered in very good time.

The furniture and parasol are absolute quality items and we are very pleased with them. They are expensive but you get what you pay for so no issues at all from me.

The pergola is amazing. It has added another room onto our house. Our teenage kids think it is super cool with the led lights and sides- it will be a party room! Pete and Billy who assembled the pergola went above and beyond by erecting it late one evening so we had it in time for a party- they were very professional and the structure is extremely sturdy and well put together. "Quay Sun Loungers"

Hello, I ordered 2 Quay Sun Loungers on the 15/3/23 and received delivery on the 16/6/23 only for one of the loungers to crack down the main support beam after sitting on the lounger for the first time, I have sent photos to your customer services by email. Your customer services tell me that they are still waiting for a reply from your manufacturer. We have not been able to use the loungers since delivery, almost two weeks ago. Please let me know how this problem can be resolved. Regards
