Delivery was made just over 2 weeks from order. I received a text with a 3 hour delivery slot and a phone call half an hour before delivery. Furniture only required fitting 4 screws to the end panel and it was ready to use.

I purchased the PergoSTET Pergola from Harbour Lifestyle in November 2022, drawn in by the product's award-winning status and Harbour Lifestyle's stellar reputation.
Since then, I've encountered an issue that has impacted my overall enjoyment of the pergola. Despite this setback, I've been in close contact with the Harbour Lifestyle team who have acknowledged the problem and are actively working towards a swift resolution.
Despite these initial issues, I appreciate the efforts of Harbour Lifestyle to rectify the situation. I'm eager to see the outcome of their proposed solution. This ongoing resolution process reaffirms their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. I will update this review as the situation evolves.

The service was fine but one of the components was manufactured with a disformed upright and therefore the sofa set would not sit correctly against the other. This was reported after unpacking (delivery on 3rd June -report of fault 5th June). Its the 14th June and i am still waiting for a response to what is being done about it.
