"Company has taken a turn for the worse"

Previously had very good experience with this company, but after receiving 2 faulty straps I'm now having to battle to get a full refund. Really poor service, I should not have to argue to get my money back. I won't be ordering again and will be raising a Paypal dispute for the balance of what I paid.

Poor customer service and slow delivery. Claims to offer Royal Mail tracker service (that you pay extra for) but you will not receive your item any quicker. Misleading company!

I bought a strap for my Sense2 and the metal fitting broke.A replacement was sent but it didn’t fit in the aperture on the Sense 2. Another strap was sent immediately and fitted perfectly.
In my opinion this was a manufacturing mistake and not directly related to Smartwatch-straps.
Consequently I am following up my original 1 star review with a 5 star review for superb customer service from Gavin and his team!

"Still no strap !!…"

I order a £60 strap from these people and paid an extra £2 for fast delivery. I asked for the strap to be delivered to my work address that receives 50 parcels a day from many different couriers. After 3 days I phone and asked where my strap was and was told they could not find my work address and had not sent it. They then said it come come to my home address and post through the letter box. I was told 2 to 3 days for delivery. 3 days have elapsed and still no strap. I will be asking for a full refund next week. Not impressed with this company whatsoever!!

"Almost as good"

I haven't reviewed this straight away. I ordered a strap for my Galaxy Watch Ultra and have now used it for a week. For the price, I'm impressed. I think the original strap is slightly better, but it is also 4x the price. For me, maybe make it slightly softer and add a few mm in length to match the length of the original. But overall, I would recommend it.

Bought a strap, and charged me for tracked service, called them to ask where my strap was, and was told it's not tracked and will be with me Tuesday, but they still charged me for tracked service,not happy very misleading
