I'm sure I left a previous review but it seems to have vanished from my reviews for some reason.

For what it's worth I bought 2 straps and 2 cases for a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7.

Quality is atrocious all around, if you buy anything from these people it will be like flushing your money down the drain.

On the plus side once I eventually managed to get in touch with them a refund was forthcoming for half the order (the rest I conceded I needed to keep until I could replace with something better, not hard to do) and is now sitting somewhere at the bottom of a waste fill where it belongs.

Wherever else you go, there is no chance at all that you will receive goods of a lower quality than what is in offer here.

Truly bad in every way.

You've had it already by email but if I don't post here my review will be deleted. Well your insisting so...

It's very simple. The products are of a ridiculously low quality, and I know the prices aren't massively expensive but these items aren't even useable.

The grey strap was damaged twice on delivery, I had asked you to check it before you sent the replacement but that wasn't done.

The black magnetic strap is designed with a magnetic clip that is too weak to safely use and as it subsequently scratches along the strap (because the magnet is too weak) the colour rubs away.

Finally the TPU case actually features a TPU screen making it unresponsive.

To be fair the hard case is also blocky and surprisingly ugly for what it is, nevertheless it does the job and once replaced (it was scratched on arrival) I couldn't complain I guess.

So there you have it, you insist on more information for everyone to see, there it is. The quality doesn't justify the cost and if this quality is typical of all your products they should be avoided at all cost.

Once eventually contacted I got a refund on one case and one strap which is all I needed as although not great items I did use the other 2 whilst purchasing replacements elsewhere, yet they keep telling me they will refund the rest when I return it even though they know full well everything is now sitting at the bottom of a landfill where it belongs (as I said previously).

You will seemingly get a refund on all returned goods if your not happy, I'm pretty sure of that. I just can't envisage any situation where you could think of these items as worth keeping in the first place.

Life's too short, just buy something elsewhere .

Photo of strap I ordered had a proper buckle fastening. One that arrived didn’t, just a pin and hole fastening.

Emailed and got reply apologising that the incorrect product photo was on the website and they’d change that. Fine, mistakes happen.

I was refunded, but without the p&p. When queried this, the answer was it was ‘paid to the shipping company who delivered your strap in a nice timely manner’.

It’s only £1.99, but why should I pay for it when the wrong goods sent and cannot be replaced? Surely smartwatch should cover this as it was their error? I also have to print a shipping label off, put strap and envelope in another envelope and use my fuel and time to post back to them.

So, no goods and I’m out of pocket. It has actually cost me to order and return and I have nothing to show for it. Plus, the photo on the website has NOT been changed!

Give this company a very wide berth and buy from a reputable company where you’ll receive something for your hard earned money.

The delivery was 2 days longer than stated but as it came from the Netherlands.

Bought a stainless steel strap for my Garmin Venu 2S. Fitted it when it arrived however the face kept disconnecting from the strap, therefore assumed a faulty item. Item was returned, however was informed I was not entitled to a full refund as the item was not returned in its original state. I believe this is poor customer service, the strap was faulty and as such should not be re-sold. Will not be using this company again.
