still no refund same b/s again sending parcels return to sender via the post office does not qualify as a return so we have an excuse to not refund your money so despite the admission that they have a problem with their website which doubled the order so instead of sending the one I ordered they charged me for two and because I decided so save time and money by returning them to sender via the post office (which they refuse to accept as a return)they have decided that cheating a customer is far easier than checking their records.who could ask for a better reason for cheating customers

Appears to be good quality, but then not exactly a cheap strap. Removing links to adjust size rather fiddly even after purchasing the special tool, but fits well now. Arrived on time.

I have now received my order after my email was answered. A replacement was posted out and it arrived yesterday.

I bought a fit bit charge 4 strap from this company. It broke mins after I attached it to my fit bit. I complained and they sent another one. The exact same thing happened. The straps just break apart like brittle plastic.

Firstly this is NOT uk based as its misleading website suggests. I ordered two straps for a Fitbit charge 6 they sent 5 so of course they don’t fit! They only offer a refund that can take 3 weeks or more if you print the return label yourself and I do not own a printer!! Thinking I will have to involve bank as this is just ridiculous. Do not use this company.
Update; offered me no alternative to printing return label and all my emails are now bouncing back! Will have to take this up with the bank what a disgusting way to treat customers!! DO NOT USE!

I have shared my details with you several times! along with emails of you saying you can provide me with a refund despite me having no printer yet you blocked me until today which amazingly is when the bank are now involved. Never known a company so keen to leave a customer with items that don’t work and keep their money.

My watch arrived and unfortunately didn't fit the watch I ordered it from. When ordering it wasn't clear anywhere it would come from the Netherlands (UK web and postal address on the site, UK prices), which wasn't super quick delivery, and so rather than re-ordering from the site, I ordered a next day strap from Amazon. I emailed them and they are very friendly, but useles.

I've gone to return, and my options are - 1) say something is wrong with the strap and receive a replacement (no refund possible), or say I simply don't like it, doesn't fit etc, and pay for postage upfront (To The Netherlands). Says upto 4 weeks for refund.

After emailing them I gave up and paid for postage, saying it simply didn't meet my expectation. There was only their shipping option back to the Netherlands, and so now I need to look for a printer, in order to print the return postage label.

It all leaves a rather a sour taste, especially when they hide where they are based/ship from. That said, when I emailed they were friendly and quick replying. Thanks for that.

Later edit: I paid to return this and sent it some time ago. I've heard nothing, and had no refund. Please avoid them.
