I had an initial problem with a strap for a galaxy watch 6 classic and a link removal tool and cover for the watch so started a return using royal mail even though I was supplied with a pre paid label which in hindsight i should of used as royal mail didn't deliver it for whatever reason so I received it back. I was contacted by Gavin from customer service who was more than helpful he sent me another pre paid label and offered replacement items and refunded my money as a good will gesture well what can I say you can't get any better than that. Gavin you are a star and your help was very much appreciated 👏

Had issues with my straps that I ordered for the make/model that I had. And some issues with the returns being received given they are sent outside the UK. but the customer service advisor was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend that you track your return. As the label that prints says posted paid. But it seems it may not arrive.

Feel I have been scammed. Strap received was unusable as no frame part for device to click into. Paid £3 extra to return it, to then be told you need a printer for returns. None of this is detailed on the website. So I not only lost out on an unusable product but also wasted money on return postage that I cannot access.

A bit mixed unfortunately. The actual product ordered is fantastic quality and looks good too. Unfortunately it took far longer than promised and when contacted about it blamed the Royal Mail and bizarrely, the school holidays which was strange, and apart from refunding the extra postage for 1-3 day delivery took over a week.

It’s a shame as the products are good and now puts me off buying again as a result which shouldn’t be the case.

Along with the reply here I was also contacted by email asking me to edit the review, I placed 2 more orders, one with normal shipping, second with express shipping.

There are shipping issues with the company unfortunately as the standard shipping order was delivered in 4 days, the express in 7!

The quality of the product is second to none however and look and fit very well, I have increased my stars to 4 from 3 but the shipping lets it down so unfortunately no 5 stars.
