Bought a replacement strap for a fitbit charge 6. Arrived this morning very promptly via Royal Mail tracked service. In fact an amazingly efficient service. The problem is that one end of the strap which clicks into the fitbit has not been manufactured to the precise tolerance of the original fitbit strap. The lip on one of the nylon clips is slightly different and as a result doesn't attach securely. I have re-attached the original fitbit strap which I'm pleased still works correctly.
