Smart looking watch strap and seems to be of good quality, unfortunately the clip on one strap must be faulty on mine as it keeps unlocking from the watch. Shame as a nice strap otherwise.

Wow what a brilliant company i ordered a fitbit watch charger it arrived within 3 days but unfortunately it was the watch that had died.I sent a email to a brilliant guy called Gavin i explained my situation and told him i had opened the charger packet but was it ok to send back for a refund.He said yes told me how to return the charger and even sent a pre paid return label.We have been in constant contact during the return and refund process.I cannot praise Gavin enough.In the world we live in unfortunately not all companies give 100% service.I would truly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Smartwatch-Straps in the future

The pricing was very competitive, the selection of straps was superb and all available from a single retailer unlike Amazon etc when you're waiting for multiple deliveries and potentially multiple returns!

I had a query, called the number, lo and behold an actual person answered and helped out immediately, none of this chat box or FAQs.

"I bought the wrong strap for my fitbit"

I bought the wrong strap for my fitbit. I asked for a replacement and was given instructions on what to do.

I returned the fit bit strap and 2 months later no reply and I was emailing the company and getting no where.

I eventually found out that I had been emailing another fitbit strap company by mistake.

I therefore contacted Smartwatch and within 1 hour I received a reply and a discount.

What wonderful service.
