"Zero customer support"

Unfortunately, Ben must of giving over ownership to someone else.

Announcing they are shutting down in August, we can’t even access our websites due to an error on the client page.

So basically our websites are now hostage and we have no way of moving out our websites before the august deadline.

Stratagem used to be the best host I had ever used when a chap called Ben was running it. Now, however, I'm looking to move everything elsewhere because my recent experience of their customer service has been nothing short of diabolical. As another recent reviewer here has said, don't bother submitting a support ticket because you'll never hear back. Tragic.

Had no response for over 5 days... and today the ticket has been closed automatically !!!

The problem has not even been looked at by Stratagem. There is no phone number to call support, no email to escalate.

We had an issue with our WordPress site. Ben guided us in the right direction in finding the problem. This was in our site and not with the hosting. Even though this turned out to be the case Ben had already run updates on the system just in case. You won't get this level of service elsewhere.

Excellent support for a non-standard request. Fast support to assist setting up a range of things on behalf of a local charity I work with. You don't get this level of support and flexibility with the well known big names.

Performance good. Provisioning experience was good. Custom service responsiveness good.

Networking peering is good.

Only counter-intuitive thing is when ordering the platform asks about your domain as if it were a hosting platform, despite it just being a VPS order.

Moved to Stratagem from TSOHost a couple of days ago. There have been a few hiccups along the way but Ben (who appears to work 24/7!) has dealt with them very quickly. He has been incredibly responsive to my support issues and has fixed things almost as soon as I’ve raised the ticket. If the service continues as is I’ll be very happy indeed!
