Unfortunately can't give 0 stars generic emails sent out, no one to get intouch with by phone email twitter Facebook even I messenger to ceo no reply after spending money still waiting for sheets although not expecting a lot after reading reviews finally paid money back for bed that was in stock when I ordered it, just research casper complaints in UK and US if you have vpn all sounds familiar or look on Facebook site, is it that hard to answer questions to customers that have purchased items? They quote service is number one priority? All I say research complaints and make you own mind up.

Order something two weeks ago.
No product no support.
Phone lines cut off, email support generic reply.
This company has pulled the plug on its business operations in Europe not told anyone anything but still is allowing its items that are on sale to be purchased.
If this is not resolved in the next 48hours I’ll be filing for a class action suit against this business malpractice.

"Paid and nothing received with no information"

Ordered items almost two weeks ago, was updated that they had been dispatched but tracking shows no progress. Requested an update from Casper four days ago but have received no further information.

Worth every penny. My dog instantly loved it and now no need for 5 minutes of trying to pluff her bed.

Never received my order. Was marked as dispatched 10 days ago now and the courier have yet to even receive it into their hands to deliver it. Attempted to contact Casper and received no reply. I needed the item today as a gift. Looks like I will be going empty handed. I wouldn't bother to use again, there are plenty of other companies offering the same products.

Got the Casper mattress for my bad back. Helped a lot as offers great support and is super comfy. Then got the casper pillows. Best pillow ever. So comfy, never slept better. Then got my dog the casper dog bed. She immediately slept on it for a couple of hours so it passed the dog test too. Great company and great products.

Good price with 50% discount for a new dog bed. Prompt and better than expected delivery time though it’s a shame they use UPS which is a nightmare delivery firm. Product is excellent quality and my dog loves it. Wish I’d purchased one years ago. Do t hesitate, just buy especially if on a discount deal.

"Very poor customer service"

I ordered and paid for my Casper mattress on 11 May. I received an email on the 22 May to say my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. No indication as to how long my refund would take. I am still waiting. I emailed them on the 6 June and have not received a reply. I tried to contact them via telephone only to find out they are no longer offering telephone support. I understand if they are struggling with high volumes. But they have my money - I have no mattress, my order being cancelled through NO fault of my own - I should be prioritised or at least have my expectations managed. Very poor service - will never order anything from them ever.

A great mattress, it took a few nights to adjust to a new mattress but it’s comfortable and supportive at the same time. It adjusts with your movements and I would recommend this mattress.
