Ohne Erklärung ist das Onlineangebot im Moment mehr als dürftig. Die Vermutung liegt Nahe, dass Casper nach dem Ausverkauf die Tore schliesst. Eine Erklärung wäre angebracht.

Konnte das gewünschte Produkt (Matratze) nicht bestellen, und konnte unerwünschte Bestellung (Matratzenschoner) nicht stornieren. Jetzt hab ich den Schoner hier, aber keine Matratze. Auf meine E-Mail habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

1-3 day delivery times quotes, but took over 2 weeks. No one answers the phone, emails, texts or online forms.

Second dog bed, so must be good... the other one is still ok, but a bit worn & well slept in so time to rotate to the back of the estate...

I have looked at all different brands & different price ranges of pillows to suit my needs !!
One that would stop my shoulder & neck pains , I’m a side sleeper & ive bought loads of different types feather, boxed , hollow fibre & felt like Goldilocks trying them all out !
And finally I’ve found the one !
The Casper pillow has worked 👍🏼 it suits me totally , it has support but not hard & your head sinks into it comfortably & I have had no shoulder pain & neck is supported ! So for me it was a perfect choice !! 😁👍🏼

We bought a dog bed but it turned out to be too big for our room and he preferred the sofa,! Returning it was very straightforward and I was refunded immediately. I own a Casper mattress which is blissfully comfortable but sadly they are withdrawing from the British market.
