Brilliant pillow with great support, was a bit reluctant to buy at first as I’m used to a firm pillow I normally get the tempur, but really happy with this one.

Order was cancelled by casper beginning of June, placed 2 orders in total and still waiting for a full refund. If you do not have the stock then do not take the payment!
Terrible service

Since they are in the process of moving their company out of Europe, getting orders and customer service is a real pain the butt.

I'm still waiting for a refund of two pillows I ordered and haven't heard back from then for over a week now. I know you don't care about your European customers anymore but please at least get back to them.

Ordered a mattress for my son online using a promotion code displayed on their own website. Was told mattress would be shipped within 3 business days. Told a friend he could have my old one as new one would arrive before when I next needed it. Didn't hear anything for a week, no updated tracking information, etc impossible to speak to anyone in the UK. Finally, after a week received a PayPal refund notification but not the actual refund, that took another full week. Terrible experience all round!

Ordered a pillow before , was so excited to see a sale! Brought 2 more pillows and bedside table! Quick service and product in perfect condition. Unfortunately they ws all out of pillows cases and bed sheets both times trying to order would of been amazing to get my hands on them!

Matratze ist super, Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Meine Matratze wurde erst nach circa drei Wochen geliefert. Darüber wurde ich mit Verweis auf die aktuelle Corona Situation informiert - das ist ja soweit auch OK und verständlich. Schwach ist aber das Management mit dem Zahlungspartner Klarna. Diese Stellen die Rechnung trotzdem sofort und weder Casper noch Klarna Kundenservice kümmert sich angemessen darum.
