The items were good but accidentally ordered and payed for an extra one.They didn’t say anything about there shutting UK quarters till see on website so if we have problem like I do with getting refund sent numerous emails no luck no uk number to call.So having to go through bank.And if the items are faulty how do we return.

After waiting 2 weeks for an order for my daughters birthday, the UPS tracking said they had tried to deliver unsuccessfully. No such delivery attempt took place on my cctv footage. Now on the day the package is on its way back to sender. This is either UPS lying or Casper lying. Why do these companies lie to customers? Is it to meet sales figures or to look good on paper, either way my daughter is missing her present.

"2 week delay, internal chaos, cancelled delivery"
Casper not only confirmed via telephone but also in written that they would send me the mattress which already had a delay of 2 weeks. Now they cancelled without offering any help just stating that they have a huge chaos without knowing if their products actually exist in stock.
Oh and btw, they don't offer any real customer service in Europe anymore.
