Order my mattress almost 2 weeks ago. Not arrived. Chased twice and not heard a thing. At least an email update would be appreciated. If the mattress is as bad as their customer service I’ll be returning.

They had a sale on. So I purchased a number of items.
Then 4 days later I received an automated response stating we were cancelling orders, due to the current situation. You will not receive your goods this year. How on earth do you know what will be happening 6 months from now?
I sent a complaint on the same day and 7 days later I have still not had a response.
I have tried calling customer service only to find out that they are not offering telephone support since June 1st. Even though I was sent an email on the 5th June saying please call our support.
All of this from a company that states they offer world class customer support.
NO YOU DO NOT.

Ich habe vor einigen Jahren mit dem Kissen angefangen und habe mich sofort verliebt. Später kamen die Bettdeckenbezüge dazu, welche sich einfach toll anfühlen. Und seit einem halben Jahr schlafe ich nun auch auf einer Matratze von casper. Ich bin super erholt. Ich hoffe, dass die aktuelle grosse Rabatt-Aktion nichts zu bedeuten hat und dass ich auch noch meine Bettdecken durch casper ersetzen kann, wenn es denn nötig wird.

Had high expectations for the dog beds but unfortunately after not even a week our girls managed to pierce through both beds with her nail jumping onto them.
Considering they are supposed to be durable and “dig proof” surprised they were able to be pierced!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei den Matratzen. Besonders die Hybridmatratze ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Schlafverhalten.
Natürlich muss sich der Körper erst daran gewöhnen, aber danach möchte man die neue Matratze nicht mehr missen. Zuverlässige Lieferung der Ware.
