"Poor customer service and support"

Items shown in the process of being posted - but nothing has been sent for 12 days. I have tried to call 0800 number but this is non operational. I have text - nothing after 5 days. I have emailed customer service to enquire where the items are - but nothing.

To summarise- poor sales and poor customer service

"Money taken but no goods"

Still haven't received my order and have had no reply from the company whatsoever. Tracking information was sent but UPS claim they still haven't received the package from Casper.

The phone number on the website when called says from 1st June they are no longer accept phone calls. There was an SMS service which I messaged and received a response to say they were sleeping and would reply tomorrow - at 11am on a Weekday! My email to the company has also gone unanswered.

As it stands I can't give anything other than 1 star as the (lack of) service from Casper had been appalling.

"No shipment and no response"

I was notified the shipment had been shipped via UPS but the tracking shows the parcel hasn't been sent. The website says you can text them which I have but no reply.

Very disappointed, I was expecting much better.

"Complete Scam. AVOID."

EDIT: CASPER ARE SHUTTING DOWN ALL EU OPERATIONS. DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT ORDER.

As many others have recently reported, I ordered a King size "Essential" with their 50% off sale (which has since become 60% off) on 30th May. After ordering I have recieved one email from them, confirming my order and nothing since. After complaining on social media on Sunday 7th June (8 days after my order), I recieved an email from UPS confirming that I have a parcel that will be delivered today (Monday 8th June). Come around to this morning (Monday 8th June), I recieve another email from UPS saying that the package they were expecting (my matress) has not arrived and my delivery is delayed indefinitely.

I will NEVER be ordering from Casper again and I am in half a mind to file a refund complaint on PayPal for the order itself. This is entirely unacceptable, especially considering they just recently closed their UK phone support. I feel like this is a major cash-grab scam and I wouldn't be surprised to see them shutdown all UK operations in the next month.

With all things considered, the least they could do is be honest with their customers and send out an email explaining the situation, instead of radio silence.

"Scandalous company"

Ordered 2 pillows on 26th May, order has not even been shipped yet and they do not answer emails, texts, Facebook and Instagram comments, and as we know their phone line is closed. I've emailed for refund too but nothing! Does anyone know how on earth I can contact them?? Or get a refund. This is scandalous for such a large company.
