"The mattress is wonderful"

The mattress is wonderful. I've suffered with a bad back for years (numerous surgeries and treatments) and used to wake every morning with intense lower back pain. After 3 weeks on the Casper mattress and I now wake with almost no pain at all. Even during the recent warm weather the mattress was cool to lay on.
Definitely recommended.

No telephone support .. emails not replied to... sending stuff back just in case it gets worse

I know things are bad with Covid, but closing your phone sales and support, but still advertising the number is very frustrating. Then not replying to any emails makes you wonder what’s gone wrong. I have ordered loads to find some items out of stock, making the rest of the order usless

Really easy to set up was at its full height within a few hours. First 2 nights I thought it was a bit hard by the 3rd night was sleeping like a baby.

partial order delivered email to say rest isn't coming no sign of refund or contact from customer services. ignore the big 60% off sale just do not order they will take your money but will not deliver. had dog beds from them before was very happy but they seem to be leaving the UK ad do not really care about the customer now!!!

Order many items no reply no items received but sending partial payment back could not understand . Phone line is not working for Uk customers. Be careful to buy. I am in contact with PayPal to get full refund.

I ordered some super king pillows and a dog bed, the pillows came really quick which was good. The dog bed it said would be a week or to later, which is fair enough. Suddenly the dog bed turned up early which we thought was great.... except when we opened it the cover for the dog bed wasnt in there meaning we cant use it. I've emailed and text Casper but had no reply and it has been over a week. Im giving a bit of leeway due to covid but if I don't hear back I'll have to go to the bank and request a refund

I haven't received anything yet, I emailed casper to get an update and there has been no reply.
