Bought a very nice wireless lamp for my daughter. Great design and very functional in that it dims, fades and brightens in settings and can be carried if she gets up to the toilet in the night. A code made this affordable. Delivery was great, good time and well packaged.

I have waited until now as l needed to try it for a while. I have given 5 stars because it is so well made however, for me it hasn't been instant love l think the pillow is to high for me l love the feel of it but need it to be lower. I did take the middle section out but that didn't work. I don't want to send it back but l can't see it working for me in the long run.

i saw your discount 50% deal ( on hotukdeals) and purchased 2 fitted sheets and a duvet cover for around £50.
i am one of the hundreds of people who also saw the ad on hotukdeals and still have not received the goods yet

( 2 weeks since tracking says - postage label printed )
obviously i am not a happy customer purely for bad service and no communication about when the sheets i have paid for will be delivered.

Purchased a double set of Glow Lamps and two Nightstands in White.

Orders really easy to fulfil and delivery was really quick, delivered in just a few days. Day after ordering the Nightstands I noticed a deeper discount being offered so I mailed Casper to ask if they would apply or allow a cancellation of order and re order.

Literally within 24 hours a member of Casper had acknowledged my question and with 48 hours had process a deeper discount not only on the NightStand but also the Glow Lamp order.

Loving the Glow Lamps, been using now for just over a week and I do feel a better quality of sleep. Whilst the Nightstands are minimal with no enclosed storage to speak of, they are well made & the perfect height for a Nightstand.

A real pleasure to do business with, friendly engaged staff and responsive unlike many other businesses out there. Absolutely would recommend! Well done Casper
