My Casper Glow Light arrived but unfortunately doesn’t work. Things happen and I understand that. My issue is after contacting them 5 days ago about it I still haven’t heard anything. I appreciate the times we are in but customer service shouldn’t be that poor even now. Disappointed.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a 'reputable company'

Half of my order has been cancelled but not refunded. I know this only because my tracking email showed 2 items for the 3 days after I made the order, then part of the order came and the rest of it disappeared. The order only consists of the items I have now but the amount taken from my account is much, much more They have my money, I have no mattress and they have pulled all call and text support, not answered any of my messages or emails and have not communicated with me bar the initial order confirmation.

Will have to spend more time chasing a refund through our bank as Casper have left me and dozens of other customers up a creek if their reviews and social media post replies from the last 10 days are anything to go by.

Their 'unbelievable discounts' are just that. Don't waste your time or money!
