Quick efficient service,I’ve bought two small and one medium dog bed. Really good for their joints etc. Only downside was that they smelt awful so had to wash them a couple of times. (Covers). It was like a cross between sweat and stale smoke.!
The small fit a medium dog crate albeit a bit short. Really pleased with them overall though. They all arrived within a couple of days after purchasing them.

Really happy with the dog bed I bought. Went to buy a super king size mattress today but found out you have pulled from the UK market so had to purchase a mattress from competitors Emma.

"Mostly disappointing"
Very friendly customer service from Nora on the phone, and good return service from Rhenus. Not very happy with the rest. Examples: We had to turn away the delivery company (UPS) the first time because they only sent one person to carry the mattress even though it needed two people because of the weight (40 kg). Instead of coming back with another person, they took the mattress back to Casper, and we had to cancel that order and place a brand-new order. 🙄 UPS made the same mistake the second time (sent just one person), so we decided to help the delivery guy carry the mattress up to the third floor. That broke the COVID social-distancing rules because the box was less than 1.5m long and the delivery man was huffing and puffing from the weight and talking the whole time without a mask, even though we asked him to be quiet. So much for contactless delivery. 🙄 We tried the mattress for 10 nights and decided to return it because it was too hard for us. We sent an email with a return request to Casper, as their website instructed, and we got an auto-reply email that said "We'll get back to you to schedule the return. Don't worry, we won't forget". Four days later we hadn't heard anything, so we called them to follow up. They told us they missed our email. 🙄 Returning the mattress (via Rhenus) worked much better because they sent two people, and it was contactless. 🥳 Finally, the email from Casper that confirmed the return details said a refund would be credited to our card the next day but it ended up taking about a week. 😑

"Bettdecke eigentlich toll aber raschelt sehr"
Meine neue Bettdecke ist eigentlich toll bezüglich Wärmeausgleich. Leider ist die Oberfläche sehr laut, das Rascheln in den Nacht ist unangenehm. Zudem sind die Masse mit Länge 220 cm nicht auf die in der Schweiz üblicherweise erhältlichen Bettbezüge zugeschnitten.
Ich werde die Decke weitere 2 Wochen testen und dann entscheiden ob ich sie zurücksenden werde.

Had a problem with a missing order since 4/6/2020 nearly a week on no replies to my emails and they’re not taking phone calls, shambolic to say the least!!!
If they can’t supply some sort of customer service in those times they should stop selling until they can.
Only fair that I should update this review Casper been in touch and now refunded me thanks for your assistance Ana at Casper. (11/6/2020)

"Geruch"
Da ich Ihr günstigstes Produkt bezogen habe, erwarte ich auch nicht wie auf einer Federkernmatratze zu liegen. Aber ich warte immer noch darauf, dass der unangenehme Geruch endlich verschwindet. Ansonsten alles gut.

"Commande du 10 mai non reçue, non remboursée 1 mois plus tard..."
- Une commande passée le 10 mai,
- réclamée le 29 mai,
- réponse du service client le 2 juin m'informant qu'il serait impossible de me livrer car le matelas commandé ne se fabriqué plus.
Aujourd'hui soit un mois après ma commande, je suis toujours en attente du remboursement de près de 550 euros.
La pratique de cette société m’attriste plus qu'elle ne m'étonne mais elle rejoint la longue liste de celle que j'éviterai d'utiliser à l'avenir...
