"Duvet was absolutely not worth…"

Casper Duvet was absolutely not worth the money .
It feels like outside duvet material is made of plastic sheet. Makes so much noise when you move and slides down in the duvet cover.
However it's keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Took order money, then told me half is unavailable. Week later and no confirmation detailing which items have been cancelled and refund I will receive.

Awful. Simply put I ordered a Mattress 10 days ago, requested several updates, closed their 0800 phone lines, my goods have not even been shipped.

Only update they've given me is "we'll get back to you..."

AVOID! They're scamming people to take money. Going through banks to get my money back.

No communication, no replies to my emails. They have taken my money and I have no idea if I will ever receive my goods.

Le service client a été très réactif pour moi sur différents autres articles!
Oreiller + protège matelas!
Dommage que je n’ai pas pu avoir leur matelas !

Ordered a few product separately to go with new mattress. Still waiting, they have shutdown customer contact phone number, wouldn't mind if emails were replied to. Not sure what happens next..
