I had to ask my card what to do because they didn’t send me what I bought and didn’t refund me my money. They made this huge sale but after you pay they send you an email telling they had a production issue and they will refund your money, and that didn’t happened either.
Buy somewhere else!

Endlich nach langer Suche eine Matratze die vom Härtegrad her passt! Nicht zu hart aber auch nicht weich. Für mich als Rückenschläfer der aber auch auf der Seite schläft ist der Härtegrad genau richtig.
Ich bin super zufrieden und auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Der Anfangs strenge Geruch war nach 4-5 Tagen vollständig verschwunden. Ich kann daher diese Matratze nur empfehlen!

Ordered items that were in stock but never got them. Got email to say items not in stock even though at time of ordering was all showing in stock. My order was cancelled and I had wait for refund. I would not shop with Casper again ever and tell friends about this so they avoid as well.
