I was very frustrated with your old website but it seems to be working better now, which has made my online shopping experience much better. I like that I can send product to a store that I can't find in a store and not incur a shipping charge. Staff is stores are always helpful without being pushy.

Nygard has good quality clothing made for females of all shapes and sizes for ages 18-80 in easy washable material. They go that extra mile to add the details that make their styles stand out from the rest.

I have a nautical tee shirt with embroidery( not a painted design that looks cheap and gaudy) that is 10 - 15 years old, and still get asked where I bought it. Clothes are mostly washable and keep their shape and fresh look. Prices are reasonable compared to some of the fade designers prices. As I don't have the perfect body - I can find slacks and pants without having to alter them, and the sizes are consistent . Prefer elastic band pants to zipper front pants as the don't fit right and are uncomfortable.

I FIND THAT THE STAFF AT THE LETHBRIDGE PARK PLACE STORE ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIND MY ITEMS.LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE. BUT I MUST SAY THAT SEARS USALLY HAS THE ITEMS ON FOR A BETTER DEAL WAY SOONER THAN THIS STORE DOES

Buying on-line is easy at Nygard -- however returns are not as easy. Yes you can return it to any store, however tracking refunds has proved to be an effort.
We should receive automatic refund amounts at time in the store. Take lessons from Reitmans - they do an amazing job. To me the return to the store is just as good as having merchandise return to the warehouse - I had nothing that confirmed my return and the credit to my credit card took days!!!

I have bought a lot of Nygard over the years and have always loved the uniqueness and affordability of their fashions.
I will admit though that I have become more and more dissappointed in the product.
The sizing seems to have changed; for instance my old size 14 jackets fit like a charm and the new size 14 jackets are smaller.
The quality has changed, they do not withstand cleaning as well and there seems to be less seam finishing and the buttons and beads come off easier.
I hate to try on clothes that is one of the main resons I loved Nygard, sizes were true and colors matched well. Sad to say, this is not the case anymore.
I have started buying elsewear.
