The shipping time was very good. The only problem was my order was shipped in 2 parts but with only one tracking number so I thought there was a problem when only part of my order arrived. The representative I spoke with was very helpful in explaining why & what to do if the second part did not arrive in a timely fashion.

Magasiner en ligne n'a pas été concluant pour moi. Les vêtements n'étaient pas représentatifs des photos que vous nous montrez. J'ai du retourner beaucoup d'items en magasin. J'ai obtenu de meilleurs conseils par votre personnel. C'est effectivement plus facile de commander en ligne puisque l'on peut le faire a tout moment, mais cela n'a pas fonctionne pour moi. Je continuerai d'aller en boutique.

"Bring back the Nygard of yore!"

While I have found a few good pieces recently at Nygard, I am also disappointed . At one time, I shopped for clothing almost exclusively at Nygard because they had tailored, classic lines and clothes that fit well. There has been a shift though in the last couple of years: clothing has become somewhat faddish, and the sizing has changed, clothes are cut less generously. For example, Nygard pants, once staple in my wardrobe, are now clingy and tight-fitting; luckily, I still have those earlier, more-flattering and better-fitting pants from years past. I would love to see Nygard return to making classic, simple and elegant apparel. Forget the mini dresses and ugly, short skirts. Bring back the quality that was once synonymous with the name Nygard!

I love the store in Brantford - all staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they are there to help you. They did my first on line shopping for me. I would recommend to any of my friends shopping in your store or online. You have wonderful clothes which are easy care and comfortable .

Recently made an on-line purchase with Nygard.com. Viewing the various selection of items by colour or pattern is great. There a good variety of sizes for all body types. As a first time on line shopper @ Nygard.com, setting up an account was simple and easy check out once items were selected for purchase. I was most amazed at how quickly my purchase had arrived, less than 1/2 the expected time, GREAT. Then if not satisfied with an item, no problem returning to a store location. So easy did a second time and will do it again.

"BEST IN THE WEST"

I recently did some shopping at Nygard and had a great experience. I wished I knew the lady that helped me at the till as she had an outstanding sense of humor. Love how you have the larger sizes. Great service ready to help but not in your face. Will continue to shop there.
