Worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with. They gave me the run around for almost a year regarding a defective pair of Nygard Slims. Do not buy online from this company. Dawn S.

"This is a highly unethical company"

This is a highly unethical company. We will never order from Nygard.com again. When we placed our order they promised not to email any spam or advertising to us. Ever since, we receive spam from them, every day. We have contacted them over 12 times regarding this matter and they refuse to do anything to help. Customer Service at Nygard.com is non-existent.

Wow, Such and amazing company. I would buy from them all the time if I could, but since their clothes last so long I have not needed to buy anything since I started buying clothes from NYGARD. Your company is a true blessing. Who knew my butt could look so amazing at my age. It fits everything where it should be. It is like I reversed in age, and went back in time 20 years. Your clothing makes me feel like a million bucks! Thanks NYGARD.

"I will never buy from Nygard again"

I will never buy from Nygard again. As a frequent and loyal customer, it is very disappointing the experience I had with customer support. I reached out to them regarding a pair of pants I had worn less than 6 times and they are already falling part which is unacceptable. They sent me in circles emailing me back and forth and then ignoring some of my responses saying they would exchange the item for a new pair then I wouldn't hear back from them with a follow up. I repeatedly followed up on the resolution they promised me,then after a week I was told they wouldn't do anything for me because it was over ther alloted time frame. Beware of their lack of customer service!

I live in a small town and in the winter am unable to get into the City much. I love being able to just shop online at Nyguard and know I am getting just what I wanted.

The first or second time I visited the store in my neighborhood one of the sales people said "hi darlin" . I thought she had called me by name. I went and asked her show she knew my name and she said she didn't she was just wanting to help. Now every time I go to the store when she is working she is always the first to greet me and a great help in finding what I am looking for. I first visited the store about a year ago and I have never looked back.
