hi, I love your email and them any beautiful clothes. But I ordered a nice little black dress and watched the mail for it to arrive but to my distress it was returned as due to unforeseen circumstances I was not here to receive it. I had to go to Ontario. I guess I will have to keep looking for "my little black dress". It had short sleeves, round neckline,and a black belt. BooHoo! Sheila Macdonald

The store clerks are great. You should be proud. For every item purchased another that matched was offered as were accessories. The product however needs to be inspected better. I purchased a purple and a navy faux leather blazer last fall and the pocket on the navy wasn't even sewn. Both jackets when donned have the lining haning out of the sleeves. A couple of months ago, I bought a pair of gray dress slacks. The stitching at the waist band is really amateurish and obvious. Not a well made garment.

The same size always fits the same, colours and fabric, style always'
up to date. The Nygaard shop in Westshore, Langford is superior to
the Tan Jay/Alia store in Nanaimo Wood Grove Mall. This store
is jam packed with clothes, stopping you from finding what you would like.
Westshore store, the clothing is well displayed with plenty of room to shop.

Ordering online from home or from the store is equally easy. Shipping option to the store makes it economic, especially if your shopping value is under the minimum for free shipping. I like the ship to store option also because you can try on the item in the fitting room and if there's a problem with the fit, it can be shipped back from there without a special trip. I have had hassle free returns or exchanges and feel valued as a customer.

I love the clothes, they are perfect for work. They are also easily adapted to a more evening look. The variety of clothing available in Petite sizes is exciting for a 5 foot nothing woman like me. And thankfully, the sizes are realistic too. If I could, my whole wardrobe would be from the Nygard site.
