"My Favourite Shopping Stop"

Every time I walk into my favourite store I am greeted by name. The sales clerks
are willing to take me to the racks I need to be at. I am advised of up coming
events and specials. A farewell greeting with my name makes me feel as if I am valued as a customer and liked as a person.

"Where is my refund?"

I purchased two tops and one pair of pants on-line, but none of the items fit. I returned them to my local TanJay outlet several weeks ago, and was told the items would be returned to the Nygard warehouse within a few days, and that I would then be notified of my refund.

To date I have had no notice of a refund. Can you please investigate.

Have told my friends about this site and I can usually find what I am looking for and always receive exceptional service as to how fast I receive my order - and always avoid shipping by sending it to the closest outlet store. Always greeted with a smile from Ester or Grace. Always greeted by name which makes me feel really special. Both ladies are very helpful. What is great is that I can shop on line and have it delivered to an outlet which is in my area. It arrives quickly and I am able to try it on in the store before I accept it! Wonderful!

I found the selection very wide, excellent quality and very speedy service. The exchange was made at the store which made for immediate credit to my card card. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

The only thing I don't do is FACEBOOK.... too many loop holes for privacy breaches.

I have shopped at NYGARD for many years now. I find their website easy to navigate and accurate in the images of the product. Placing an order is easy to do and is quickly filled. I usually receive my order within 4 days. It is well packaged and of good quality. I have only had to return an item once because it did not fit and that was easy to do. The refund was immediate.

I also receive regular updates on sales and promotions. I also find their sizing standard and I am not guessing.
