"Over 3 months to get order, and still missing parts"

Placed an order back in august for a power rack, bar and bench.

Still have yet to receive all the order, with only 2 boxes (of 4) of the power rack being delivered. One was sent to my local post office that I now have to go pick up myself. One box was damaged and sent back.

Ordered my 15kg Games barbell in all black on Sept 13 and it was on my doorstep the morning of the 14th. This is my second bar I've ordered. My first was the technique bar, and I was so happy with the quality I skipped the "other big brand" all together and came back for the 15kg bar.

Slight deep scratch damage to the bar as a result of the shipping box failure. The bar itself is excellent, smooth, and easy to look at.

This is my second purchase from this family-owned Canadian company; I try to "buy Canadian" as much as possible. The ordering process went smoothly; I didn't have any issues with my first order or with this one (so far), so I can't speak to the quality of the customer service. I gave four stars only because I had to pre-order the item I wanted, as it won't be available for another month or two.
