Terrible customer service. Right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. And with apology after apology i have not received the service i paid for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless of course you like waiting on hold. Being lied to about the computer is not working. This ordeal has been going on for 10 days. I am requesting a refund. And now I am on hold again. Proceed with caution. ⚠️

I was supposed to pay the special rate for the first month,and they charged the full amount! I canceled and told the" you better not attempt to take money out of my account next month." THEY DID IT AGAIN!!FEBRUARY-spposed to get a full 30 days,only paying $59 with extra discounts,but they charged the full price again,$329 in March,even though I canceled in February!!
They left me without money to pay my electric,food,water,etc...Im disabled,on a walker
They took advantage of me. Now I'm sitting in my rental ,in the dark!

From the very beginning, I had issues with receiving text messages and emails from this company. They didn’t hesitate to take the money right away but then as soon as I had a question or needed to speak with someone, it was just the runaround over and over. Then they double charged me $349 And three months later still have not refunded that double charge! It seems like they are a startup company that has no idea what they’re doing. A bunch of amateurs out for money. The first 3 “providers” I saw had no problem giving out the medications then the 4th one I saw decided to stop even though I see a PCP every month in person who is fully aware of all of my medical history. When I called AGAIN to get my money back, they set another appt with a different provider to see if the different one would continue the meds. The provider agreed on the visit to continue the meds then the next day I got a cancellation notice via email AND…THEY STILL HAVEN’T REFUNDED THE MONEY THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS AGO!!! I do not recommend this company at all and suggest you steer clear unless you want nothing but headaches and run around.

The medication works well. I’m giving myself injections and also doing Weight Watchers at the same time. But I thought it was $199 per month. Apparently that was the first month only and now for month 2 it’s $349? Wow. Guess I should have read the fine print. Can’t afford that but it sure works!! Great customer service too. Provider was awesome too

I order one this product don’t work for me I don’t loose any weight I call to cancel. Before they send the second order a week before to cancel subscription and still this M F Charge to my card I call to complain supposedly they will refund the 200 two week later I still not get the money

Terrible customer service, I was told for three days their system was down and they couldn’t get into my account to tell me anything! It didn’t keep them for charging me $330.00. Good luck finding an English speaking person!

I just saw the charge for my second month of semaglutide injection Rx and am very upset at the jump in price. When I talked to the sales rep to switch from Ro to Trim Rx I explained to her that it was because of the jump in their price for the second month (which was nowhere near $349). She assured me that a Rx with Trim Rx would be $179 per month with no jump in price. I cannot afford $349 a month and need to cancel if that is the best they can do. I am very disappointed.

Update: I called them and explained what happened and that I could not afford this new price and was upset with how they operated. They offered me a $150.00 lifetime discount. So I will stick with them after all. Hope they stick to their word.
