TrimRx has been great, from the quick delivery, clear communication, and access to medical professionals when needed, I have felt supported each step of the way! I love that I can send an email or a text and get a quick response to my questions!

I am 2 months into and down 30 pounds! I am taking the compounded Tirzepatide. I have had one very mild side effect, heartburn, which has been easily controlled by over-the-counter medication. I feel great, have more energy, and am no longer snoring (yay). I have tried almost every weight-loss plan on the market. The difference I see with Tirzepatide is that I feel satisfied even though I am eating less. I am never hungry or craving foods. I have been to Disneyland and Las Vegas while on the medication and still lost weight!

My fight with the weight it’s being through my entire life. I’ve been bullied, rejected, offended, judged and my self esteem has been underground all because nobody ever understood that it was something I couldn’t control. I tried absolutely everything an follow every single diet by the book and never ever lose a single pound, only earned 5 to 10 more pounds with every attempt. In 2017 I decided to do a bariatric surgery and put all my hopes into it for losing 150 pounds. I was weighing 365 pounds. I couldn’t walk, go upstairs, enjoy normal activities with my daughters etc. I was totally ashamed of taking pictures, or
coming outside of my house. The bariatric helped to drop 98 pounds, then plateau… I walked, went to gym, walk at the beach and not a single pound more. My hips, knees, and back were destroyed after years of overweight. I was losing the fight big time. I tried diets again, an nothing. Then got divorced and depression, anxiety put me in the loser mood. I started to gain weight again. My sleep apnea returned, blood pressure issues returned, back pain, it was a nightmare. December 2024 I started to see the ads about GLP-1 on Social Media Ns I have to admit it, I was skeptical. So in January 2025, 8 years after the bariatric I started my doses with TrimX. My first weight was 268 on Jan 18th. I have to tell that before the shot I was constantly craving for sweets, chocolates, sodas etc. The first week was kind of adaptation, I felt some nauseas and some stomach ache and acid reflex, but nothing crazy, I assumed it was the shot so I took OTC for the symptoms. Second week cravings were gone, my body was reacting just like when I had my bariatric. I started to do long walks, because I felt more energized and alert, my body was asking for it, and I didn’t wanted to stay home tempting myself to eat just because I was bored. 3rd week I started fasting 16 hours which is super easy with the GLP-1. During the fasting hours that I am awake until I go to bed (4PM - 9PM) I do activities, walk my dog, go to the gym, walk at the beach. My last meal is a bit before 4PM and I feel full all day long. I only eat measured healthy food from 7AM - 4PM with the GLP-1 shot cravings are nonexistent. So a combination of both helped me loose 22 pounds by Feb 16. As of today Feb 28, 2025, I am 28 pounds down. I am trying no to compare one month with another because I know that the nearest you get to your goal the hardest it will become. I don’t feel like I am losing the battle this time with a diet. I need consistency and dedication and I know I’ll get to my goal. These shot are the miracle I always wait for and I regret no having them before I did my bariatric, because I would have chosen the shots instead of the surgery. I will stay with TrimX and recommend it to anyone who’s fight against weight seems to be an impossible winning, because it is a winning with GLP-1 of TrimX

Since starting tirzepatide I'm down 21 pounds has decreased food noise ..makes it easier to stop eating you feel fuller faster . I also have more energy .. really has changed my weight loss journey ..

"Very deceptive practice"

Very deceptive practice. No signage stating that the first month is discounted and price doubles basically the second month. First month was $199 second was $349. Called into account support to cancel, a VERY LENGTHY process of 30 minutes, they acknowledged that it is not advertised that the first month is a deep discount and price rises after that. I was then offered a "lifetime" coupon of $100 off, which I declined and then a 2nd "lifetime" offer of $150 off per month. I asked for an email confirmation and then was offered a "pause the account" I was told that I would be refunded the charged amount and would receive correspondence of cancelation and refund pf charges. We shall see,,,,,,,

"I ordered the compounded glp"

I ordered the compounded glp. ( Monjaro) Never received it. Any scheduled phone call to a so called medical professional was never received. Was charged 349.00. Told them to cancel the subscription and to refund my money. They have been stringing me along. It’s been going on for about 3 weeks. I’m calling credit card company to dispute. You speak to a call center and it’s in India or someplace where English isn’t understood-
I’d never do business with them and I do not recommend this company to anyone -

UPDATE 3/18/2025: after numerous attempts to get a refund I wrote a one star review on this site and immediately got a phone call from a manager ( Ryan) He wanted to make things right. He offered a 4 week shots of a glp for free. They finally refunded my 349.00 and cancelled the subscription.
This complimentary 4 week supply is a “we are sorry” reimbursement. It took maybe 2 weeks of back n forth to receive the medication- I haven’t tried it yet. I have been getting mine in person from a med spa here where real RN’s evaluate you. I hit a plateau and thought maybe the compounded glp wasn’t as potent as some others- That’s the only reason why I sought out TrimRx.
I appreciate them trying to make amends but from here on out I will stick to in person local businesses where if I do have a problem it’s resolved quickly.
Ryan and another young woman were the only people who were fluent in English. The overseas call centers they use need some training - it shouldn’t be this hard to 1) get a refund 2) receive medication.
I appreciate the efforts to make it right. As stated I will choose local providers vs online.

"Customer Service"

Yesterday I called to discontinue my subscription to inject Terzepitide, as I'd not gotten the appropriate amount,& no effective Customer Service. I was transferred 3X, and in the final conversation, he wanted me to justify my cancellation! Very argumentative! A shame...

I was contacted by not 1, but 2 Managers to collect information regarding my conversation, to EARNESTLY APOLOGIZE, & a promise to retrain/crosstrain the employees involved. This is Excellent, Diligent followup. Kudos!

"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam! I’ve called multiple times to cancel my subscription, because they charged me for product that was never shipped. I’ve requested a refund multiple times, and to cancel my account, and the reps ramble on like they are reading from a script, and as of yesterday, the refund hadn’t even been initiated. I’m unable to remove my payment method because they still show my account active. If this isn’t resolved today, I will be reporting fraud to my bank and going to the bbb on them. Do not by any means use this company or put any information on to their website.

My experience so far is so much more than I expected Trim RX has made everything easy answered all my questions.So nice to not be obsessed with sweets and carbs.

"Second bill=$349?!?!"

First bill=$179. All is well. 2nd bill =$349!?!
I called and complained. I was not aware I was being given an introductory price for the first month. This was a shock and it put my credit card over the limit making it impossible for me to use this credit card for any charges to my room when I go on a cruise set for 2/27/25. Furthermore there is no way I can afford $349 a month. I would’ve never signed up if I would’ve known the price was going to jump. Trim RX was diligent in addressing my concerns especially after seeing my first “review” that I am currently amending because in the end this company came through. My one star review changed to 5 stars. We reached an agreement and I’m happy to say I can continue on my weight loss journey. Since starting this medication in December I have already lost approximately 20 pounds and one pant size. The thought of stopping the medication and returning to my previous size/weight was extremely depressing as I was 2 points away from being considered pre-diabetic when lab work was done in 2024. Thank you Ryan at Trim RX for being diligent with contacting me and helping with my issue. I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel again.

I attempted to amend my original review, but couldn’t, so I have to create a new one. Yes, I had some major issues with pricing and a refill getting sent at correct price. Ryan fromTrimRx reached out to me, he refunded the overcharge and made sure that I received my prescription. I’m very relieved to have this resolved, thanks to Ryan’s help, I will give them a 2nd chance, we all deserve that!
