Customer service with this company is ridiculous. On 3/8 they charged me for medication. Due to my having surgery and not using the February dose, they did not send a March prescription and would not refund my credit card. I spoke with numerous people and what told that I would be receiving email correspondence and confirmation, and that I should see the refund within the next week. I received neither the emails or refund. I called again 4/01 and was once again given the run around.

At first it was great, but the last two shipments have taken 7 and 9 days to arrive, warm and with the ice packs melted. The meds are supposed to be kept refrigerated and the company did not respond to my emailed questions about whether the medication is safe to use.
Update: The company did contact me and sent a replacement with a short shipping time. I am satisfied.
