"Sharing my experience with TrimRX"

I used Trim RX for a four-month weight loss program involving tirzepatide. While the medication itself was effective for me, I encountered a number of issues with service and communication that I feel are worth sharing.

During my time with the service:

I experienced multiple delays in receiving my prescription refills. One recent refill was delayed for nearly three weeks never to arrive, despite my lab work being current and my refill request submitted on time.

I spent over five hours across multiple calls with customer service representatives and managers. While some individuals were helpful, I often received conflicting information or assurances that did not align with what ultimately happened.

I eventually contacted the compounding pharmacy directly and was informed that the prescription sent to them was incorrect. This was after being told several times by Trim RX that the pharmacy was preparing to ship.

I requested to switch care providers due to difficulty getting my questions answered but was repeatedly scheduled with the same provider.

A change in pricing impacted one of my refills, which I was not informed about proactively. They offered me at $199 a month subscription then up to $349 without telling me. To boot, they canceled my prescription without telling me either.

I attempted to cancel my subscription and was told I’d receive a refund and confirmation. As of this writing, I have not received either. I am hoping somebody from their customer service leadership team, would get in contact with me. My preference would not be to switch providers and to hit a reset as the medication has worked and I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, which in this instance is generous to say the least. I was charged for $349 last month and still haven't received my medication.

This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different outcomes. My goal in sharing this is to provide visibility into the process I went through so others can make informed decisions.
