"When I first signed up I wanted to…"

When I first signed up I wanted to transfer my phone I was told that I had to get my account number and pin and the zip code. After talking with my old carrier and then talking with your connect everything was supposed to go smooth and I was told that nothing further was to be done and that my number should be transferring 24 or 48 hours. However that ever happened when I called to see what was going on first I was told my number wasn't eligible. However I had text messages from both carriers that everything was supposed to be switched over being upset I called back and spoke with someone else who saw in fact the number was supposed to be transferred over. The agent was able to see all the notes and then ask me again for my pain I told him that it was in the notes as he described I couldn't remember the agent started getting very hostile saying he needed the pen the pen that the ZIP code is wrong I asked him if he needed the pin or the ZIP code he proceeded to keep telling me the ZIP code was wrong and I cannot transfer my old number. The second issue is when I try to order more data every time I go into the app and try to order data I get an error code 209. I called up to see what was going on as I noticed that from my bank that I had several transactions due to not knowing as I was trying for a lesser amount even though I had more in my bank account. I called a customer service they told me that the transaction failed however that they were going to refund me one transaction of $5 there was also five more dollars in $1 data that was pending the agent told me he can mot do anything about it and it was on my bank however my bank said they had to either accept it or decline it when I called back and let the agent know I was still told the same thing and when I asked if my payment failed why would I be receiving a refund that didn't make sense as a refund is when you're getting money back. I kept inquiring about the pending one dollar that told him to five get the engine said he could not see anything that I was on my Bank part however again clearly states that it is waiting for the merchant to either accept or decline. When going back and forth to the agent he said I could put more airtime on and that there shouldn't have been an issue. My daughter then tried her card the next day for $3 once again I gave an error message and still no data yet $3 taken from her account. Next day I tried again from another account for $3 same issue money taking no data put on not even showing I made a purchase as far as my bank account I'm still in negative $8 my daughter is still negative $3 however I'm still being told that it's a mistake on our banks so three Banks I'll make the same mistake I find that imsane! Not only am I looking into other carriers so I can switch but I will be looking into talking to the Better Business Bureau as this is been going on we're almost a week now and I have yet to receive my $8 as it still supposedly pending as well as $3 my daughter tried I've been told oh I should call back and let them know however anytime I called up like I said the agents were just so rude yet didn't have a single clue of what was going on supposedly This is the worst service I've ever had hopefully you will find another carriers in and no longer go to connect I will never recommend them to anybody. I really hope this message gets to someone in the higher ups as this guy actually potentially lead to the lawsuit as well as investigation
