"My phone service is paid up until April…"
My phone service is paid up until April 1. My phone has been disconnected 3 times this month. It currently is cut off even though I owe nothing. When I spoke to Customer service on two different times, I was told it was an error but was told I needed to go ahead and pay for April to keep it active. This makes no sense trying to I force me to pay early. Unfair practice, needs investigation. Thank you

Long story short, I am not pleased with your service!
I had decided to give your service another try...lo and behold, no sooner did I get home and take the phone out of the box...to find that it wouldn't work. I get it, there at times faulty items, when tried to get this resolved, I was again given the run-around.
What is sad about this, is I hear so many great things about your service, my experiences are but that.
In no way is this review meant to be an attack on your reputation, this is merely an expression of my solo experience.

Had trouble getting it set up with automated system but a customer rep did so remotely after contacting them. Reception is poor with frequent dropped calls. Phone no longer connects to my other devices. Phone battery dies quickly. Was forced into a physical SIM card via slow (10 day) delivery despite eSIMs being available. Voicemail requires calling in and I haven’t been prompted to set it up. Do not recommend.

I am happy with the phone, but it would not connect. Customer service was helpful, they are sending a new Sim card. I hope this resolves the problem.

This phone is glitchy and it's hard to del with I liked the c8 better except it is stuck on talk to text witch made it so I can't enter information I need to use my card I can't pay for thing's I need so.
