This is my second property I purchased from property explorer, quiet professional in their approach towards conducting a sale,
Very transperent and honest service and in terms of keeping the buyer updated through out the sale process. The property's they advertise in basingstoke area area are of right price and value for money. They provide a good mortgage and solicitor service as well. I defnitely would recomend them for any property purchase.

Find a house is not an easy process and we had to deal with lot of real estate agencies, some of them with big names, but very poor customer services. We never heard about the Property Explorer, but the experience with them, it was the best! We worked closely with Danny who provided clear guidance within the process. From the beginning, he was very serious and very professional, very transparent with the case, being there when you had some questions. I'm more an email person and I was impressed by their proactiveness in their replies( both Danny and Kevin). Till now, there was a very smooth process and we hope to be the same till the end. This company really knows how to treat a customer and to offer great services! Well done!! I highly recommend them !

This is our second time using The Property Explorer in Basingstoke to buy a house, our first for selling a property, and the experience was a breeze from start to finish.

Danny visited the property and valued it in line with our expectations and his negotiator ensured that we got the best final offer that we accepted. We then dealt with Kevin once our chain was complete who could not have been more helpful and I am certain was a key factor in our process not dragging on for longer than it began to, though the delay was no fault of the Property Explorer at all.

We don't really want to ever move again if we can avoid it (!), but should we have to, we will have no qualms in using The Property Explorer again. Thanks to all at The Property Explorer for making the whole process as simple as could be.

We purchased and sold our property through The Property Explorer. The marketing of our house was high quality and the photos and video produced were of a high standard. Stuart let me down badly on the mortgage front, almost to the point of losing my house purchase. I chased him several times, even giving him the option to decline my business. He reassured me he would prioritise my application, but yet again he did not get back to me when he promised he would. I tried calling him a couple more times, but he didn’t pick up and so finally I lost faith and asked him to close my file. Still no courtesy of a response. Thankfully I found London & Country and they got me a mortgage offer in 4 days
