A huge thank you to the whole team at The Property Explorer, a true pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Whilst viewing properties and negotiating we dealt with Lisa, Rachel and Danny who were all very knowledgeable with great communication between the whole team and kept us up to date unlike other agents we had dealt with.

Kevin dealt with the sales progression and was the perfect middle man to link everything together and pushing things forward. There were a few bumps along the road but Kevin was always there with a calm and proactive attitude to ensure that matters were dealt with promptly.

We also used Stuart at Explorer Mortgages who went above and beyond. Not just keeping us up to date with an ever changing mortgage market but also pushing things through when we had a few issues with the lender.

If you're thinking of buying or selling a property then you shouldn't look anywhere else, a fantastic team making for a pleasurable experience. Thank You!

Just used The Property Explorer for the second time to sell our home and once again a 5 star service from the entire team! They secured a fantastic buyer for our home and the whole sale process was smooth and stress free! I want to personally thank Stuart their Mortgage Broker who also managed to switch our mortgage product early so that we would avoid paying a huge redemption charge when the sale completed. This saved us so much money! He was helpful throughout the entire process and did all the direct contact with our bank to make sure it was all done at the right time. It was such a relief for me as as it was one less thing I had to think about. Stuart I honestly can’t thank you enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to family & friends. I also want to give a special mention to Hayley Butler at Rowberry Morris Solicitors, who again we have used before, and she was an absolute star in making sure we exchanged contracts as quickly as possible as she was aware that we needed to complete by a certain date. Again everything went completely smoothly and the whole process was stress free. Hayley simply gets things done and you never have to chase her for anything! Thank you all again! You really have been amazing, especially during a really tough market at the moment.

"Avoid this company at all costs..."

As many others have said avoid this company at all costs.

Wish we'd done a quick bit of research first on Property Explorers as we could have seen the kind of people we were going to be dealing with. When others have been physically assaulted and physically threatened by the owner it's a pretty big red flag! Whilst we haven't been physically assaulted or physically threatened (yet) our experience wasn't much better.

We hired them to "manage" our rental properties. I use the word manage very loosely as would be lucky to get a response, forget about getting any assistance.

When we decided we'd had enough of their "services" we were initially met with threats if we left. When this didn't work we were then offered discounts before more threats started.

Trying to speak with anyone at the company with any authority is near impossible. They simply brush you off to their secretary that will simply fob you off with lies and nonsense. I'm sure they'll defensively respond to this review with similar nonsense and lies.

Tenant's were also relieved to see the back of them as had experienced similar frustrations.

Majorly regret not getting rid of these guys sooner. There are many better and cost effective management company's around and we were quickly able to find a much better solution with a little online research.

Do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of time, money and headaches and look elsewhere. Struggling to find anything positive at all about our experience with them.
