Cannot rate the team at property explorer highly enough. Both the rental and purchase team were outstanding from start to finish. During our time as tenants we felt thoroughly cared for by Wendy, who sorted every issue empathically and promptly. Our mortgage handled expertly throughout by Stuart. And our purchase was fought for tooth and nail by Kev who we cannot thank enough. Our purchase was a difficult one with many hurdles, but Kev
went above and beyond to make sure we got our house. Amazing customer service all round. I Highly recommend Kev and the team to anyone looking to purchase (or rent) in Basingstoke.

A massive thank you to everyone at Property Explorer! We have rented through them and bought our first house through them!
A massive thank you to the lovely Wendy who has always been a huge support throughout our 18 months of renting.
Also, a massive thank you to Stuart who got us our mortgage. He has been there every step of the way making sure we got where we needed to be. He made it a very smooth experience for us.
And lastly, I have to thank Kevin. This poor guy has been on an absolute roller coaster with our first purchase (along with Wendy and Stuart of course). Kevin has been fighting our corner and in my eyes truly went above and beyond to help us get our first home. What a journey!! So a huge thank you to all of you.
