Throughout, his team Danny Low and Kevin Cheesman were on hand to support through the process - nothing was too much trouble and we were extremely confident with their advice. We have moved a few times over the years and we can honestly say the service we received has been the best by far. Our experience covered the period from the end of May 2024 to December 6th 2024. Property Explorer helped to negotiate what should have been a straightforward sale of a flat for a 92 year lady but became very lengthy and stressful, with kindness and empathy for her health and well being.
From the initial valuation, viewings, telephone conversations with possibly everyone on the team, to the Sales Progression Manager who dealt with us the most, everyone was friendly and helpful.
However it is that Sales Progression Manager who went over and above in the pursuit of completing the sale to enable my mother to move into an assisted living complex and improve the quality of her life.
He responded quickly and if unavailable when phoned, he would always return the call. He demonstrated care and great understanding of the situation and was always 'chasing and updating'. He kept us going!
I recommend this company wholeheartedly and will use them if we ever sell again.
