Ordered tests three hours later was told that the restrictions had been lifted in Spain I emailed to cancel and for a refund but was told no .
Disappointed as I know other companies do refund part of the payment back.
Would choose a more reputable company if needed in future.
The tests haven't even arrived yet!!!!

Let me tell you where this has gone wrong, I ordered these kits on the 19/10/2022, company promises to deliver next day and I'm still waiting and it's the 23/10/22. The price is cheap but the waiting time is rediculous

I work for Trading Standards for North Yorkshire County Council and I will be taking this further. This is a breach of distance selling regulations
