This is my first time ordering a Covid test kit that is not free. 4 days in, and I have yet to receive the goods. When it was free, it rarely failed to arrive the following day. Postal strike or not, it is in my view poor service.

They’re a disgraceful company!! Utter rip off, false advertising says 48 hours to receive the test kit but took 5 days which was past the date of travel which I put on their form and have the audacity not to give refunds!! I had to drive 2 hours to my nearest test centre last minute and pay them! Don’t give them your business!!!
