I was unsure if I could just order some tests to keep at home or if I had to be going on holiday. I sent an email quite late that evening and was so pleased to get a reply a few minutes later, putting my mind at rest.

Ordered my test on Monday night. This is now Thursday night, you're asking me to rate my experience but I haven't even received my test yet.
I would recommend you enforce a better delivery system as my covid will be gone by the time you get my test returned and I will have wasted £40.

I'm afraid I ordered these almost a week ago and still not here also paying for rapid testing and next day delivery ordered well before 4pm as stated on the website.
We now need to book a rapid test in Edinburgh for tomorrow as these still have not arrived and we fly on Sunday.
