Customer service is terrible if your unlucky enough to communicate with Azeem , very un helpfull to say the least

Ordered a home test kit on Monday at 12:41pm. Paid the extra £15 for a an answer within 12 hours. Website said if i ordered when I did I could get next day delivery so I paid the extra £3 on top.
It is now Wednesday night and the test has still not arrived meaning its useless because even if it now turns up tomorrow I will not be able to get the results in time. I therefore had to pay for another "in clinic" test today and the £58 I paid to testngo has been a complete waste.
Do not use this service if you have a need for the results within a certain time.

on Monday sent test to you before 11am. today Wednesday 6pm no result. tomorrow we're flying at 10am. just bought an airport test for £ 90. we are upset and will ask for your money back
