I have given 5 stars despite not using the observed test I ordered, the delivery was great, they kept me informed with reminders and links to my zoom. The reason I didn't use their services - I caught Covid before the appointment. However when I contacted them they have very kindly told me my test kit will be valid for 12 months. Very impressed with their help.

Had an email saying if i clicked on it I would get 10% discount on my order. Did so and did NOT get the promised discount. I contacted them via email and never got a reply.

Also kits came a day late and not on the day advised.

On the discount alone I do not think I will be using these again.

Ordered some lateral flow tests, they came after two days (only late cos of postal strikes) - they do what they’re supposed to do. Say no more.

Ordered 4th, still not delivered on 7th. Should be 48 hour delivery.
